Attorney Patrick Pettibon joined The Modi Law Firm, PLLC in 2018. He earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from Sam Houston State University and graduated with honors from the Elliott T. Bowers Honors College.

While completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Pettibon worked as a legal assistant for a highly regarded immigration attorney. That experience prompted him to pursue a career in immigration law upon receiving his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, Mr. Pettibon participated in the STCL Immigration Clinic and Asylum & Human Trafficking Clinic. The opportunity to assist people with a variety of immigration matters in the clinics further affirmed his desire to practice immigration law.

Since joining The Modi Law Firm, PLLC, Mr. Pettibon has assisted clients with a wide array of immigration matters. These include family-based immigration, E-2 Treaty Investors, removal defense, asylum, and appeals.

Mr. Pettibon provides personal, quality counsel to each of his clients. Mr. Pettibon is also an experienced boxing coach and former practitioner of the sport. Now he tirelessly fights for his clients!
