Associate Attorney

Attorney Cesar Rivera Infante joined The Modi Law Firm, PLLC in 2023. He earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Houston with Magna Cum Laude honors and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

During law school, Mr. Rivera Infante honed his skills through two semesters at the Law Center's Immigration Clinic, which provided him with hands-on experience in immigration cases. The practical skills and passion Mr. Rivera Infante demonstrated in the Immigration Clinic led to a law clerk position at The Modi Law Firm, PLLC, where he worked for nearly two years before becoming an attorney at the firm.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Rivera Infante works closely with clients to ensure that each case receives the attention it deserves. Mr. Rivera Infante's practice includes a wide range of immigration matters, such as family-based petitions, adjustment of status, asylum, and removal defense. Drawing from his personal experiences and family background, he approaches each case with empathy and clarity, providing tailored legal guidance to meet each client's unique needs.

When not advocating for his clients, Mr. Rivera Infante pursues his love for music, particularly as a guitarist. This balance between the law and the arts allows him to bring a fresh perspective to his work, contributing to innovative problem-solving strategies for his clients.
